Lack of communication was unacceptable. I was assured my books would be delivered daily to me at my hotel, but they were not and no one informed me. I wasn’t able to get support from FedEx and there was a lot of runaround at the hotel. Manager Josh at Paris Las Vegas was very kind and helpful during an otherwise crappy experience, so big kudos to him. On Saturday, Josh was not there and the employees did not allow me the use of their dolly to transfer three 45 lb packages across the hotel to the event center. I am a 120 lb woman and transporting these myself was an absolute nightmare.

I am so glad to be able to say how pleased I am with the service. Michael was so attentive to my anxiety in getting my Dad's obituaries printed. I didn't understand how the graphic designer sent the information and he took the time to explain it to me. They also helped me with the best pricing in the city! I cried in the store when I saw the excellent quality and want to say thank you all SO MUCH!
