Any friends w/ experience running Ethernet vertically ‘tween floors? Through walls?We live in a bi-level, the AltaFiber port is downstairs. PC is upstairs, & I’m direct in from a router not the gateway. Tried to play Apex & stream - OBS hated it.I was direct in b4 & no issues

Been really happy with @altafiber as a Comcast alternative for high speed internet, until the last week. The techs and customer service agents have been great, but the company structure doesn't empower the front line workers to "make it right."

Five days without a dog containment system due to @Altafiber contractors cutting my line. Thank you for such much for making it a priority to repair damage you cause.

@altafiber Would be nice if you made your service available to everyone instead of price gouging low income areas only offering 10mbs at the low low price of $70 a month where other areas get 1gbs for the same price.

@altafiber I can't believe you took advantage of an elderly woman who lost her husband and you charged her over $12 to change their account from her dead husband's name to her name. They have been Cincinnati Bell customers for over 56 years! Shame on you! Fix this immediately!!!

So @altafiber charges me 2x what they charge a new customer for internet. I’ve been a customer for 10 years. Of course if you call and haggle they’ll cave. This isn’t news to anyone. It’s SOP for cable companies. No complaints with the product but…

My former IP couldn't negotiate a fair I'net price with me so I left them for #Altafiber.Now the former IP IS SO DISTRESSED THAT THEY LOST ME!I told them I won't do 0-tolerance negotiations.They're never getting me back esp. since they don't care that they did it to me.
